Urban Divide Technology (UDT) was founded in 2001 with the purpose of providing urban schools and non-profit organizations with comprehensive and affordable networking, hardware and software solutions targeted toward bridging the digital/technology divide. UDT has written grants to secure educational technology funding in excess of $2.1 million dollars. In 2004, UDT expanded its focus to include educational technology and curriculum integration to promote technology literacy skills acquisition for urban students. UDT has provided educational and technological services for:
